Welcome to Sleep Tight Solutions!

As a pediatric sleep consultant I am so privileged to be able to help so many families in giving them the gift of sleep. I will admit it… I am a “sleep geek”. I absolutely love everything about infant & child sleep. My own two children and my clients benefit from my knowledge, education, and above all my passion for sleep and healthy sleep habits.

If I am honored to help you with whatever challenges you are currently facing, my pledge to you is that we will work together within your comfort level, parenting philosophy and beliefs. You will have my commitment and dedication to achieving success in the goals we set out together. I will always guide you with the science of sleep but mostly with a “mother’s heart”.

Each and every testimonial that I receive from my amazing clients is a treasure… I especially wanted to share this video testimonial from a wonderful couple who had some very common issues with their adorable little baby boy. Jessica and Jeremy candidly share their story about our journey together.

Thank you Jessica and Jeremy (and little baby J. for sleeping so nicely while Mommy & Daddy were filming! ) for taking the time to do this video testimonial. I am sure that many of my visitors will be able to relate to your story…

How do I know if I need a Sleep Consultant?

Is your child…

Questions and Answers

We don’t want to start “sleep training” and putting your baby on a schedule by the clock until at least 4-5 months of age. However, there are many things that we can do from 6 weeks onwards that will help lay the foundation for healthy sleep habits.
I will educate you on the various effective methods of sleep training and can assist you in making the decision that you feel is right for you and your baby. It will always be your decision on what method we use, my job is to make sure you are implementing that method properly and that we achieve success in your sleep training goals.
Absolutely not! Children are very adaptable and with consistency , patience and a good solid plan, your little one will be sleeping in no time.
First, I have been there and done that! With my first child I followed very much attachment parenting methods and we co-slept for 2 years. He always had to be nursed to sleep or driven in the car for his naps. With baby #2 I did a proper CIO method at 5 months of age. I can empathize with both schools of thought because I have lived and experienced them both. Having this first hand experience allows me to really understand my clients at every stage of the process. I am a certified pediatric sleep consultant through the Family Sleep Institute and a proud member of the IACSC and the ABBP. I hold a certificate for professionals with the CFSIDS and various continuing education credits which you can find in the About page of my website.

If you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to send me an email!
